First of all, u have to remember that people will have their own definitions.u need to be able to communicate w/ ur date, as well as Trust him.
having said that, this is how I feel each is defined: "Seeing" someone: going out on casual dates, getting to know each other.
" Friend: "To a guy, that means: When I have a buzz on, I'd like to see you with your clothes off." I've never been able to hear someone use that expression since without laughing.
Is a difference between seeing someone and dating someone? The person I've been seeing/dating for a month referred to himself as the guy I am seeing.
probably see each other often, but not every day...
I do feel like we are at a point where we aren't dating (by my definition).
When talking to friends, I don't say I'm dating him. BTW, we've never had any discussion about what this is.
I think it's a funny coincidence we were both using the same choice of words.
While this isn’t an exact scientific definition, it is applied by the majority.
Seeing someone usually applies to the beginning of a new relationship.
if u ask, hopefully he is honest whether or not he is seeing others (trust me, i had a guy who LIED to my face, so u have to be careful in this stage).
